We can start with inspiration—Pinterest boards, saved images, architectural styles, site ideas, and the overall feeling you want the home to have—and turn that into a clear design direction. If you already have a floor plan, I can review it, redline it, flag opportunities, and help you think through where spending more may actually be worth it.

From there, I work alongside your architect, builder, subs, and suppliers as needed to keep the design cohesive and the selections moving. My job is to help connect the pieces, fill in the blanks, and give the team clear decisions and specifications without turning the process into a tug-of-war.

For spec and investment projects, I help create a finished product that fits the market, the price point, and the margin. I work within your schedule, budget, preferred subs, and suppliers to keep selections moving and specifications organized.

For custom homes, I can step in as the client-facing design resource—guiding selections, meeting clients at showrooms, coordinating samples, documenting decisions, and getting your team the information they need on time. You keep building; I help keep the client experience polished, organized, and moving forward.

And when the project is headed to market, I can carry that knowledge all the way through staging and real estate representation—so the person selling the home actually knows why every detail is there.
