PORTLAND IS HOME

I’m a native Portlander, raised in Southeast Portland as one of four kids. I went to Holy Family Catholic School, Cleveland High School, and Oregon State University as a second-generation Beaver.

Today, I live in Beaverton with my husband, our two kids, and our golden retriever. We bought our house because it had great bones, a great location, and plenty of potential—which is also a very polite way of saying it had barely been touched since the ’80s.

So yes, I practice what I preach. We’re renovating it one project at a time, and I have plenty of firsthand experience with budgets, compromises, living through construction, and the dangerous phrase, “While we’re already doing this…”

I’ve watched Portland and the surrounding communities change for decades, and that history shapes the way I look at property. I notice the street, the neighborhood, the floor plan, the potential, the value—and usually about twelve things I’d change before I’ve finished walking through the front door.

I love beautiful homes, but I care just as much about whether the decisions actually make sense.

HOW I GOT HERE
& WHERE I AM

I’ve been interested in homes and building for as long as I can remember. In second grade, I was the kid who said I wanted to be a Realtor, and my grandpa would drive me through neighborhoods while I asked questions about houses, prices, and why one property could be worth more than another just a few blocks away.

At the same time, I was always thinking about what I would change inside them—floor plans, finishes, materials, and how a home could function better

That curiosity led me to earn a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design & Housing Studies from Oregon State University’s College of Business, begin my career at ZGF Architects, and later move into real estate and construction.

Today, I bring all of that experience together to help clients make smarter decisions about homes and residential investments—whether they’re buying, selling, building, remodeling, or trying to understand what a property could become.

I’m not here to sell you on a house.

I’m here to help you make the right decision about it.
